Leveraging the Center's deep experience in renewable energy, energy efficiency, green building, and clean transportation, they lead the effort to make a business case for educational institutions in the Eastern Counties of North and South Carolina to develop workforce training programs targeting construction and operations and maintenance jobs to support offshore wind developments.
